THE “JANITORIAL” TRAP

Most window cleaners in NYC carry basic “Janitorial” policies. The fine print is factual: they often exclude work above 6 feet and contain “Action Over” may include.

The Reality: If an accident happens, their policy may not respond. That can leave the liability with YOU as the building owner or manager.

We don’t cut corners. We carry an $11,000,000 general liability policy through American Empire (Great American), specifically underwritten for high-rise window cleaning.

  • Zero Height Limitations (We cover high-rise buildings).
  • NO “Action Over” Exclusions (NY Labor Law exposure included).
  • Proper Classification (Window cleaning is listed explicitly, not buried).

WARNING: Some insurance carriers exclude high-rise window operations or include “Action Over” limitations. If your vendor’s policy contains these exclusions, your building may be exposed to significant liability.

Heavy-duty skyline logistics.

For large-scale skyscraper projects, we expertly rig suspended scaffolds or seamlessly integrate with your property’s existing Building Maintenance Units (BMU). Engineered specifically for massive jumbo-glass extractions, curtain wall overhauls, and continuous facade maintenance.

We utilize ultra-lightweight aerospace-grade carbon poles to safely access mid-rise storefronts and facades directly from the sidewalk. Combined with deionized pure water technology, it guarantees a flawless finish while completely eliminating ladder liabilities.
