    Before we arrive, it's better to open the drapes, remove everything from window sills, and ensure that it's easy to access all the windows you want us to clean. This will significantly save our time and, therefore, your money. Upon your request, we can move some furniture to reach a window and place everything back when the job is done.

  • Do you clean windows inside and out?

    Yes, of course! Moreover, we recommend cleaning both the inside and outside of the windows during each cleaning to achieve better results and maintain their cleanliness for a longer period of time.

  • How often should I have my windows cleaned?

    It's best to have your windows cleaned twice a year, typically in the spring and autumn seasons.

  • Will you clean the windows if it's raining?

    Yes, absolutely. We can still clean windows even if it's raining. Contrary to common belief, rain does not affect the quality of the window cleaning service. However, we may ask you to reschedule the appointment in cases of exceptionally poor weather conditions, such as torrential rain or strong winds. This is primarily for safety reasons, as it would be unsafe for our team to work outside under these extreme weather conditions.
