These guys were truly awesome -- they made FILTHY old windows sparkle and understood well the mechanics of very very old storm windows on the third floor of an 1835 brownstone. They were extremely professional, arriving in company polos, wheeling in their equipment in a tidy case. They also had booties with them to put on to protect the floor -- they were a true cut above the last company we used for the same price. I hope t's not sexist to say they were also pretty cute and looked like a bunch of guys who swung over from Bay Watch to wash my windows. On the professional side, their company COI covered up to $9 million in liability which is a very high number and great in window washing, where mishaps can happen. Overall a great experience.
