Who we are looking for:
Big Apple Window Company is seeking disciplined, safety-focused Rope Access Technicians to join our elite High-Rise Division. This is not seasonal work. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, follow strict safety protocols, and want to grow with the industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning and facade inspections via rope access (RDA) on high-rise buildings.
- Complete daily gear inspections and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate respectfully with building management.
- Assist with rigging and de-rigging operations.
- Follow all OSHA and SPRAT guidelines without exception.
Requirements
- Current SPRAT or IRATA Level I (or higher) certification.
- Valid OSHA 30 Construction card (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with high-rise window cleaning or facade maintenance preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
Zero tolerance for drug/alcohol use.
