Custom fabrication
For new window screens, we fabricate aluminum frames using marine-grade extrusions with reinforced corners — no snap-together components that separate under stress. We tension the mesh across the frame and secure it with rolled vinyl spline for a tight, long-lasting fit. For rescreening, we remove old mesh without damaging the frame, clean the spline channels, and install new mesh with proper tension to prevent sagging.
Installation, fit verification & operation test
We install each screen and verify it sits properly in the frame channel with no gaps. For replacement screens and frames, we test removal and reinstallation — so you can take screens in and out for cleaning without fighting them.
