Where machines stop, we start.
Eliminate permit delays and sidewalk sheds. Our SPRAT-certified rope access technicians provide a quiet, minimal-footprint solution for cleaning and repairing complex architecture.
The smart alternative to scaffolding.
Why wrap your building in sidewalk sheds for weeks when the work can be completed in days?
Zero footprint
No sidewalk sheds, no blocked entrances, no heavy equipment permits. We rig from the roof, descend, complete the work, and clear the site. Tenants may not even notice until they see the clean glass.
Unlimited reach
Internal courtyards, air shafts, decorative setbacks, and sloped façades. Rope access allows precise positioning on virtually any part of the building envelope.
Cost efficiency
Scaffolding and swing stages require extensive setup labor and permits. Rope access reduces setup costs, potentially lowering overall project expenses by up to 40%.
More than just cleaning
Our rope access technicians execute complex façade repairs at height.
Schedule a site visit
Façade inspections (FISP / Local Law 11)
Direct façade access for close-up inspections and hands-on sounding.
Leak investigation
Pinpoint hidden water infiltration paths with precision testing and targeted diagnostics at any altitude.
Glazing & caulking
Surgical glass replacement and seamless weather-sealant application performed safely without expensive scaffolding.
Signage installation
Secure, code-compliant rigging and installation of commercial banners and signage across complex high-rise facades.
The SPRAT standard: redundancy is key
We don't rely on luck. We rely on physics and strict protocols.
The Two-Point System (Backup System)
Every technician is suspended by two independent lines: a working line and a dedicated safety backup. If one line fails, the other engages immediately.
Rescue-Ready Capability
Every Rope Access technician is trained in self-rescue and partner rescue. We do not rely on external response; emergencies are handled immediately on site.
Facade Protection (No Pendulums)
We use specialized suction systems and deviation anchors to stabilize positioning. This prevents impact against the façade, protecting limestone, masonry, and glass from damage.
Certified Training
Every crew member undergoes rigorous SPRAT evaluation. This represents the highest standard of vertical safety in North America.
We don't outsource risk
Many companies subcontract rope work because it is considered high risk. We don’t.
We maintain a dedicated In-House Rope Access Division. Our team is trained, insured ($11M policy), and equipped with professional-grade gear (Petzl/CMC). This ensures direct accountability on your building.
